AxonFlow v11.3.1 Release Notes
v11.3.1 is the current v11.3 patch. It corrects defects found during the first production rollout while keeping paid Hosted access disabled. It does not enable a public cohort, non-zero paid limits, or financial execution.

What changed
- Community SaaS migration 197 completes forced tenant isolation for legacy parent-scoped child tables and restores tenant-scoped usability to direct-key tables that already had restrictive policies.
- Startup verification explicitly requires the affected Hosted stores so a missing policy cannot remove a table from the safety census.
- CloudFormation
Rulescomparisons use string operands accepted by the deployment service, with mutation coverage for the exact failure shape. - Enterprise-only CloudFormation regression tests remain outside the public Community mirror, where their template roots do not exist.
- The Spring Boot example guard follows the reviewed Spring Boot 4.0.9 dependency floor and rejects unsafe parent or explicit override versions.
- Partner and house deployment templates reject duplicate ECS environment or secret names before deployment.
Release posture
Both AxonFlow-operated production stacks run v11.3.1 with completed service rollouts. The paid gate remains off, cohort percentage remains zero, and paid workflow acceptance and allowances remain unset. These values are deliberate launch controls, not incomplete image deployment.
The v11.3.1 partner bundle includes exact image and rollback guidance for Docker Compose and AWS CloudFormation. Keep the previous digest set and database snapshot until post-upgrade verification is complete.

Verify after upgrade
- Confirm every deployed service reports v11.3.1 and reaches its expected running count.
- Confirm migrations through 197 are recorded once and startup reports no RLS census failures.
- Confirm billing routes are registered while safe-off requests fail closed.
- Confirm old and current supported clients can authenticate and receive a valid policy decision.
- Confirm the retained rollback snapshot and previous digest set remain available.
Paid Checkout activation, Hosted workflow activation, and live financial execution remain separate acceptance decisions.
